I’m honestly puzzled by the high rating because my experience was far from professional. The first time I went, I requested a specific style, but the braider Arams gave me her own design instead. It took me a while to get used to it, and while people said it looked okay, it wasn't what I asked for. The second time was even more frustrating. She suggested a different way to do the sew-in, saying it was how everyone was doing it. I trusted her, but the front looked really unprofessional and unfinished, almost like she was rushing. When I tried to get her to fix it or make another appointment, her attitude was off, and it was really difficult to get any kind of response. This wasnt my first time visiting this braiding shop, and the experience was excellent. I am very particular about who does my hair, and I always request Ndeye to braid my hair and my daughter as well. She is highly professional, her work is neat, and she delivers exactly what I ask for every time. If you are looking for a reliable and high-quality braiding shop, this is the place to go. Truly a great experience❤️

So my initial appointment was ok but I didn’t like the end results and was willing to just live with it but the owner asked several times did I like it and when I voiced my problem she corrected it immediately! She worked with me and her customer service is exceptional, I will definitely be back this will be my new hair braiding home. Very clean inside and relaxing, not overwhelming at all if you’re thinking about it go ahead and give it a try.

Today was my 4th visit here.Every time I had a positive experience. Due to my work schedule, Sundays work better for me. Arame is very accommodating and you can tell that she is hands on and takes a lot of pride in her business. Sophie has done my hair each time and I can't say enough great things about her mannerism and her skills are top notch. She does such a great job that now I don't want to get my hair done any other way. That says a lot because I am normally a sew in girl ! I would never consider going anywhere else for braids.

I found Aram’s braiding salon last year looking for a Braider for my daughter’s hair with such short notice. She not only squeezed me in, but accomplished the style for my daughter hair. Since then her salon has been the only shop to do braids for my daughter. Very professional, reasonable pricing, satisfied customer.
