Excellent communication by phone and text. Very clean and neat work space with a huge tv (she lets you pick whatever you are interested in) so I didn’t have to bother with bringing an iPad loaded with cartoons. Braids style very true to photo ideas provided. Added hair is provided, which is convenient! Ms. Fifi is very kind and friendly, professional, and skilled. I trust her with my daughter’s hair; I know she’s in good hands whenever we visit.

My first time visiting FI Braiding and the service was excellent. FIFI and her staff were very professional and accommodating. Which made me comfortable. The shop was clean and neat. This was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience. Fifi and her team were very pleasant and made you feel welcome and comfortable. Her place is very clean and they offered snacks&drinks also.Today I got the Senegalese twists and my daughter got box braids. Both of our braiding styles came out beautifully. And their prices are affordable. I will definitely be returning.

From the warm welcome and care she provided to ensuring she understood my needs from the beginning, making sure I was comfortable....all amazing! I loved my island twists by Fi!!! She is professional, kind, warm and talented. Her staff are lovely. The environment has a family type of feeling. She provided a snack and a drink. My shampoo was just what I needed. She took her time massaging my scalp. The style time did not feel long. I have a looot of hair and she managed very quickly to style my hair, with some help from one of the other stylists. I was done within about 4-5 hours which is amazing compared the normal 6-7 I am used to expecting. Overall, amazing experience. I will definitely be going back for my next style.
