Professionalism. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday. 9/15 You had me waiting an whole hour just to inform me that you were unable to do my hair due to a personal reason. Having to reschedule the appointment was okay with me. Despite the fact, you had enough time to notify me in regards to you needing to change the appointment when I communicated to you that I was on my way. Now fast forward. You styled my braids bigger than I requested as if you were in a rush to do my hair. Once I brought that to your attention you began to get rowdy and started insulting and belittling me in front of other customers. All i did was communicate to you in a professional manner about your lack of service and you acted as if my service and time wasn’t as precious. This is the main reason why you ca

Been coming here for years. Love the ladies they know what they're doing and they always do an amazing job. Yes be prepared to get your hair pulled. It comes with getting our hair done. If you have a sensitive scalp this place is not for you if you can't handle the pain. They braid all types of hair. Remember to tip your hair stylist. The ladies work hard.

I guess I should have took it as a sign when I walked in and there was absolutely no one in the shop, just me and 2 of the “braiders”. I used quotes because they can not braid at all. Maybe the owner, and even that’s up for question at this point. They didn’t really acknowledge me, until I was about to walk out and than one lady said she’ll take me because she was done with her food. She asked for a photo for the style that I wanted and when I showed her, simple Fulani braids, she acknowledged that she could achieve the style. When I sat in her chair, is when things got worse. I told her specifically medium size box braids in the back because I didn’t wanna be sitting there all day…. Well I got extra small braids, and spent 5 long hours in that place. And the front is a whole other story.

I took my daughter here for like the 4th time to get braids done and never had a problem but this time it was a different lady not only did 4 days later a curl came right out but a whole braid and for the price I paid that was not good at all and not only that we went next door to get a pack of hair which I paid for and she also had me pay for a gel and was suppose to give me my money back and never did. I forgot all about that til I got home not only did I pay 260 for the braids but 12 for a pack of hair they needed which I didn’t mind but also the gel that was used but also will be used for other people that I bought so I am very upset And will find a new place

I have been a client of Hadja for several years, primarily due to convenience, but after a series of increasingly frustrating experiences, I feel compelled to share my concerns. Recently, I opted for small traditional box braids, and while the front was executed as I had requested, the back and middle sections were significantly larger than I had paid for. This discrepancy felt not only misleading but also highly unethical. Today, I visited for a sew-in with a net, and Hadja made a critical error by covering only half of my cornrow foundation with the net, leaving the top 2-3 inches exposed. When I politely suggested that the net should fully cover all my braids to protect my natural hair from the weight of the weave, she dismissed my input, claiming it would show—a clearly incorrect and
