Sadly, I stopped into their shop 2x's and gave my name and phone number to get a call back on some avionics issues I needed taken care of. No call back. I then called and left 2 messages, 10 days later, still no call back. The receptionist is great, she took all my info, just no follow through. I will be going to high dessert avionics instead, they've answered all of my calls and great consideration. Sorry to write a negative review, I am a business owner and take no joy in this, but I would want to know if I was failing like this.

I installed a gns430 and needed them justo to connect the existing wiring harness to the back of the unit. They give me and appointment 8 weeks out and a quote. 4 days before the appointment they call me To cancel it because tech is sick. They will call me back in two days to reschedule. No call back after 4 days so I called them and I was told that I would get a call back that day. No call back so I called and I was told that they didn’t want the job because they have to be selective in the jobs they have and basically they had bigger jobs. They don’t care about their small customers and they are not a professional and serious business. Don’t even call them.
