Yesterday I went to Aesthetics Universe Medical Spa in Anaheim for PRF EZ Gel under my eyes and I truly couldn’t have had a better experience. From booking (so seamless) to the incredibly kind front office staff, everything felt easy and welcoming. My injector walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and offered thoughtful suggestions that made me feel completely comfortable. This treatment is recommended as a series of three, spaced one month apart, and I’ll absolutely be booking the rest with them. So happy I found this place

I had fillers and Botox. Misty was my nurse and she was fantastic and made a painful procedure so comfortable. Misty was very mindful of my very low pain tolerance. I was very nervous and she really put me at ease. A very caring nurse, the Spa is very lucky to have her. Misty did the fillers and Botox with expert skill and showed me the mirror throughout the procedure. Anna the receptionist is also very nice. Anna and Misty are both very professional and friendly. The spa has a relaxing ambiance, and is very clean. I highly recommend and have recommended friends. I will be returning.

My Botox session was pain free. Minni was very attentive, courteous. They helped me out quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. The med spa was very modern and most importantly clean. Nurse Minnie was the best! I was very satisfied. It exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come here again.
