Please do not use this little place. The manager lacks the ability to provide quality customer service, and operate this small place with organization and structure. The issues i experienced included: scheduled appointments being canceled without contacting me first to explain why my appointments were cancelled. She only sent text messages. The customer has to call to find out the reason why their appointment was cancelled. The manager also doesn't honor what she first said to the customer even after she put it in written format. But will inform you she will make sure to do this moving forward with other customers. I wouldn't recommend this miniature place to anyone, not even their pet dogs. I’ve been coming consistently for a year and I highly recommend this business. “ Their customer service is second to none.”The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Pricing is fair and transparent. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. This is my go-to place for all my waxing services. Tajiona is the best and she always makes sure I’m comfortable and satisfied.

It took me some time to make it to this review but the service I received deserve it’s recognition but before I get to the service I would like to speak on the facility. It was clean, had coed temperature, a lite but controlling smell that relaxed me as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by my service provider which made me feel good because it gives a prepared sensation. Her name was Tamara, she asked me other than what I listed was there anything else I had in mind that could use some therapeutic attention which is a highlight because aches change on me daily so I appreciate her just reassuring the experience with follow up questions. I feel like I found a real treasure with Aesthetic Luxe Spa!!! It was my first visit and I love that Anjanette made me feel like I have been going there for years. All of the women who work at the spa are so kind and extremely knowledgeable. There’s soooo many services and price points for everyone’s budget. They have a variety of weekly specials, and I’m taking really good deals. They offer memberships for each service, which actually gives you birthday gifts, priority booking, and discounts on other services. I went in for Botox and I will be jumping on the membership. I had Anaste for a 45 min massage and it felt so much longer. She found every knot on my body and took her time tending to them. I left feeling so relaxed. Will be back!
