April was beyond amazing she made my experience so seamless. I was nervous at first because I had a terrible experience at European wax center but she was fast and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I have been waxing for 11 years and this is by far the absolute BEST place I received a Brazilian. The first time got there I waxed with April, she explained everything to me and ask me questions and we spoke during service like we were friends. Today I had Celeste we also spoke like we were friends, she is happy and positive person. They both took their time, even though I didn’t need it and made me feel comfortable. Celeste did my eyebrows and I was so freakin happy because she made my eyebrows even. I love love love the services that Aessentials provides! I love coming here I’ve currently been going to April for 4 going on 5 years and she’s always been so amazing I love her customer service. I’ve never waited more than 7/10 min before she takes me in and my Brazilian and underarms always way less then 30 min ( 15min or less) depending on my sensitivity.
