I had such a great experience at Aēsop Williamsburg thanks to Connor. From the second I walked in, he was welcoming without being pushy, and he really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He walked me through a few products, let me smell and feel everything at my own pace, and explained things in a way that was super clear and actually helpful. What stood out the most was how genuine he was. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all—just someone who knows their stuff and wants you to walk out with something you’ll actually love and use. I left feeling taken care of and confident in what I bought. If you visit the Williamsburg store, definitely ask for Connor. He made the whole experience feel personal and easy.

Aesop Williamsburg provides a particularly delightful experience. I’ve learned a lot about how to elevate my skincare routine from Leif. He’s polite, friendly, professional, the type of person it’s always nice to run into. Henry has also helped me a great deal with up leveling my skincare routine.. The store itself is elegantly designed and typically enhanced by the most enticing aromas.

Amazing experience. I normally shop online, but I wanted to check out a few new products before buying them. Amaya was super knowledgeable and helpful. She made the experience absolutely incredible.

I want to give a big thanks to the guy who helped me out on the afternoon of 08/31. He was super friendly, showed us around, and even offered us those tasty cucumber water. I accidentally dropped my ring under the sink, and he and his colleague went out of their way to help me find it. They were both super nice, even though we were just browsing and didn’t plan to get anything.
