Aesop Park Slope

Ollie is honestly THE BEST sales associate. I had him when I first purchased their hand soap and he was so accommodating. I got the luxury treatment. I’ve been back since but today Ollie was there again and I purchased a face cream. He gave me a few samples, one of a cream for the body and I love the feel so I will be going back for that next time I’m in the area!

3.9.19 - Opened today, on 3.9.19, and was the first customer to purchase an item from this location (I've been meaning to purchase this item for a while). Super wonderful staff and knowledgeable of their products. Beautiful set up, as usual. Super happy for this brand to have a presence in Park Slope.

This review is long overdue, but I truly can't say enough positive things about Oli and Myles. I've visited this location multiple times to pick out gifts, and every time, they’ve been incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and generous. Their customer service is unmatched—they always take the time to ask thoughtful questions and make personalized recommendations, which is so helpful given the wide selection of products. Today, I stopped by just before closing, and despite the timing, they still took great care in helping me choose a meaningful gift. I always leave with a beautifully curated selection for my loved ones and an amazing shopping experience. I can't recommend this location enough—thank you, Oli and Myles!

Came in with no expectations and was greeted by our delightful scent guide. Noah was full of knowledge and really listened to us which amounted to an incredibly tailored and personal experience. My friend that started out as a skeptic was fully converted on her “scent journey”. Noah, you should know: we ended up loving Hwyl although it started out at the bottom. Quite the journey, indeed.

Jamie was so wonderful and kind! She gave us a run down on the products and catered the experience to our skin care needs! It was a joy to speak with her!!
