I sometimes have trouble trying new things at stores for the simple reason that I don't want to disturb the sales associates. Granted, I understand the dynamics of being a customer, but I try to stay in my little world when shopping. For weeks now, I had researched popular perfumes and soap products and I had 4 products that I really wanted to try out. My fiancée, best friend, and I went into the store and were greeted by Tatiana. She asked if there was anything I was looking for and I told her of the four scents I was curious about. Immediately after, she had me smell the 4 intermittently so I could truly experience the scent on my wrist and get a comfortable sense of the smell. I had such an amazing experience at this store. To start, we took a spontaneous trip to Dallas (we’re strongly considering moving out here!), and I happen to see this Aesop store! I decided to go in and the experience for a first timer was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and they taught me a lot about each product. I ended up purchasing a body wash and lotion combo! I will definitely make the drive from Houston to go this location (and other spots) again!
