Absolutely horrible place. Customer service here is absolutely awful. Old man in the back is rude and disrespectful and only speaks Spanish nothing else. The females in the front are absolutely amazing. But the rest of the workers are horrible in their own ways. I will never be ordering from them again. The place literally looks horrible and scary from the outside so I should’ve known what I was getting into. I’ve lived in Wallington for almost 25 years and not one single person goes into that place or comes out . Absolutely horrible so if I were you do not even try to order from them. They are ridiculously expensive for no reason when I can get everything from home-depot.

While Aerospace Manufacturing does manufacture some hard to source aerospace fasteners and bolts, they are one of the worst vendors I have ever worked with. They are quick to quote but do not expect them to follow through on their lead times. They were 523 days LATE on delivering on their purchase order with us. I would email no less than 12-15 times before I would receive an email response back. I would call multiple times a day and they would dodge my calls. So aggravating. Especially since post-Covid supply chain world, I understand delays and material shortages. I would rather have a conversation with updates versus ignoring calls and emails thinking you took my "good faith deposit" and did not produce anything.
