My hair has been almost every color imaginable and varied from a pixie cut to reaching my butt over the years. I’ve searched for years and finally found my unicorn hairstylist ~ Liz at Aeffect hair. I’d been visiting another well known Orlando area salon and wasn’t happy with my look and my hair was extremely dry and damaged using their branded products. My sis gets her hair done by Celina and kept urging me to make an appointment at Aeffect and I’m glad I finally did. I set up a consult and talked with Liz about my hair goals and we made a plan. Had Celina back in October I asked not to have a consultation because I didn't need it and didn't want to have pay for it. I knew what I wanted, showed her what I wanted and even let her know I didn't like layers, it was a simple straight cut . Not only did Celina not honor my wish to not have a consultation but walked out with a cut I didn't want that had layers, it was her version of a cut I specifically said I didn't want. (Her version) To top it off I'm embarrassed to say I was charged $188.00 for a simple cut that should've taken 30 minutes but was charged for consultation. 2 hours I was there. I will not be going back.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Victoria for three years now, and I keep going back because she consistently does great work and charges fairly for it. I have a lot of hair, and she really understands how to layer it in a way that reduces bulk while still keeping it looking natural and flattering. I’ve also had balayage done by her, including a pink tone, and it came out really well. I got a lot of compliments on it, and the color placement looked thoughtful and well-blended. I did try getting a haircut elsewhere once, and it didn’t turn out right. I went back to Victoria and she was able to fix it in a way that made a big difference. Overall, I trust her work and appreciate her consistency and honest pricing.

Celina is absolutely wonderful and an extremely talented hair artist! I have been going to her for cuts for about a year now and yesterday I had the pleasure of being in her chair again for a color and she did a fantastic job! Been going to so many different artists during my life and have never returned once to them. Victoria is a different story, She knew what I wanted and did it flawlessly. Will always be returning to her!
