I have been coming here since 2020. :) Absolutely love Amy & her family! They always do a good job, and they are so friendly. Great location, great prices for a Ozark nail salon, I am a forever customer. ☺️

I went in for a basic acrylic nail. I wanted a French tip with chrome, nothing fancy. The lady who was working on my nails was super rough. I jerked my hand and said “ouch that hurt.” To which she just looked at me and proceeded to do the same thing. I ended up bleeding underneath my nail because she pushed the skin back so far that it broke. I was very disappointed in the experience.

I asked for ombre and did not get that. Also this is like the 5th or so time I have tried them. My nails are bumpy and uneven. One nail is ombre the others look like pink and white. Will not be going back.

The lady is always in a hurry even if you are the only one in there. The first time I went and got a dip my nails never cracked and lasted so long. Have gone back a few times since and everytime either there's sharp uneven edges, it's lumpy, and they crack a few days later. If the only lady in there that does nails is busy a man will start you and grind off the dip until it's painful and your nails are very thin. This last time, they were rushing and 5 of my nails cracked the next day. I was so pissed but it's not convenient to go back amd have them fix it. So I'm done going! I would avoid it if you want good service.
