Advertiser

Absolutely horrible! The Advertiser stopped using the USPS for delivery in the first quarter of 2023. Delivery after the change has been spiritic. I complained multiple times via the Advertiser's "Contact Us" email because there is not number to call (if there were they would need several operators to keep up with complaints. I have received the Advertiser under 10 times since they stopped using the USPS 0ver 8 months ago, not a good track record. I get the Advertiser today and the person responsible for delivery to my house has the gall to solicit a tip for delivery! Giovanna Rios 185 Sherwood Avenue, Paterson, NJ won't be getting a tip.

The only reason I know this "paper" still exists is because some clown throws it in my driveway (sometimes in the road near my driveway) every week. I never asked for this, I never read it, just throw it straight in the trash. If you're thinking about advertising with these people, don't. Pick a method that didn't become irrelevant 20 years ago and isn't a nuisance.

The Advertiser seems to have changed into another right wing rag. It used to be a lovely little paper that had all kinds of local information. It still does, however, the “opinion “ pages are anything but balanced. Most seems to originate from the National Review. I’m not against political discord in a local paper but they need to present the other view. It has now turned into another republican mouthpiece.

And visited their website because I want to see if I can find out why they stopped mailings of their weekly newspaper. I really enjoyed this look forward to seeing what stories would interest me and I also really appreciated the local store inserts. You're hoping that they will bring them back.

Over the last 4 months I have repeatedly called and emailed The Advertiser asking them to stop sending me their publication and still, every week, without fail I receive The Advertiser in the mail. I do not know what it takes to stop this unwarranted spam but I am sick and tired of disposing of their junk mail.
