The initial lady I spoke with was very nice. The dr called me back regarding a gift certificate that was purchased and confirmed valid via email previously and she just says no sorry it’s not valid and I lost money too. $200 down the drain I will be escalating this matter. Had there been a bit of compassion I would have worked with her but saying something expired in April without any notification though AGAIN I have an email stating it’s valid and unacceptable. Really unprofessional and disappointing

The massage therapists here really know what they’re doing! Knots that have been in my upper back are gone. Massages help my chiropractic adjustments go better. Getting another massage next week!

I have a gift card toward a massage. This new business owner will not honor it. Very poor business relationship skills and the owner was extremely rude when I asked if she could make an exception.
