Amazing! Cathy was so intuitive and listened to me about what was happening in my body. I was super stressed and could not get my muscles to relax. After an hour, I was a new women. So grateful for the time I spent with Cathy at Advanced Massage & Skincare in Ankeny. One of my favorite parts was the sounds she played during my massage. She is super knowledgeable about and it showed!

I’ve seen Cathy twice now and both times my expectations have been exceeded. Both times I have left completely relax and feel like I am in a better place than when I arrived. She does an excellent job of analyzing what your body and health is going through and being able to provide the services that help you feel better. Her therapy techniques are so unique and advanced. I recently started dating a girl with a cat. I am allergic to cats and I was having allergic reactions when I was around the cat. I went to Cathy for a Zyto Evox treatment. Cathy did a great job explaining the process and she was enthusiastic and upbeat about trying the treatment for me. I was skeptical but after a treatment I was able to be around the cat with minimal allergic reactions to the point I was actually able to pet the cat! Two weeks later and I’m still doing good! Great experience!!

Cathy suggested several different treatments over a couple of months to improve the texture and skin tone of my face. The results were very noticeable and the massage was amazing as well.
