Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

This clinic is a national massive conglomerate where you are nothing but a number. They quadruple book, I was told! Months to book a checkup. They send me obnoxious sales pitch emails constantly. The lady at the checkout (not checkin) is the ruderst person I have ever had in a Dr. office. She tried to charge me $80 when I have a $10 copay! Wow! Very snotty when I called her out. Didn't even apologize! The two stars are for Heather because she is awesome and sweet but I can't take this place anymore. Heather is a good PA and I trust her but I hope she graduates to a better group - she deserves a classier place.

Both the nurse and the doctor were well-versed. Heather introduced herself and then begin The examination, she explained everything that she found in Detail Dr. Birmingham was very knowledgeable very pleasant to speak with and know exactly what she was doing after my visit. I felt smarter and very content that I was in good hands. Thank you for making my experience a good one. I look forward to seeing you next year..

The provider (Heather) is very good. Knows her stuff, and confident in recommending treatment options. The front desk is slow in getting you checked in, but once you get past that you’re good.

I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for a few years and it's been very helpful. The staff is great and Dr. Gelb is the best!! He is so caring and he was patient with my mother also. Thank you all at Advanced Dermatology and God bless you.
