Adrift has forever changed my opinion of hair salons and services! I’ve been going to Lisa (the owner of Adrift) for 5 years now and her salon is the only place I trust to do my hair. I have long, thick hair and always had trouble with stylists not being able to handle the challenge of my mane and never being able to pull the color correctly because it’s so thick. I’d sit in a chair for 6-8 hours and almost always leave with an empty wallet and a butchered or incomplete head of hair. I spent years and thousands of dollars trying to have a salon even get close to what I wanted…..Until I went to Lisa and her salon! They deleted my review from 2 years ago which is scary that a business can do that to a legitimate review from a real customer. My hair was extremely botched here 2 years ago by Kristi. Since then I have had to deal with the aftermath and am FINALLY getting my confidence back after growing it out (I even had to get extensions at one point) Not only was it the worst highlights I have ever seen anyone get, my hair was falling out. I lost about 5 inches of length, and half my volume. The owner nor Kristi ever apologized or refunded me and at the time I was a broke college student who saved up for months to get my hair done.
