Adrienne Brooke Salon and Spa

I am new in town and was looking for a place to get my hair colored. I called and they were so nice. They said we had a cancel do you want to come today. I am so glad I did - I ended up having a great gray touch up color (matched perfectly)! Abby was great! The atmosphere is so welcoming and I decided to also have a facial from the fabulous Tressa. It was one of the best facials I've ever had. From the cute boutique to the wonderful stylists, I will be telling the other three or four ladies I know in town to go there.

This salon is amazing!! Tracy does my lash extensions perfectly. Amanda does my hair and Kirsten does my daughters hair. All the ladies who work there are amazing and do a phenomenal job. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I highly recommend using them.

I would not recommend the Brazilian wax service, at all. Ive gotten them plenty of times in the past with no issues until I visited this salon. I can’t describe how incredibly painful their hard wax was. It felt like it was too hot when they put it on but waited too long to put the wax paper on the hot wax. The wax dried on me and could no longer be pulled off with the wax paper which resulted in the girl cutting it out of my hair. It was super humiliating and she got me with the scissors while trying to stick them under the wax. She advised I could go home and finish the job by shaving. This was a few days before my wedding and I knew shaving would give me razor burn (which I why I was getting waxed). I went into this salon super happy to find a place in Salem for this service, but I left

I've been a client here for over a year and am so glad I took the chance! I'd recently hacked off all of my hairs and just wasn't happy with the gal I'd been going to. Imagine my surprise when I not only found a welcoming environment when I first walked in, but found my spirit stylist! Amanda is utterly amazing! She rocks the blades like no one I've been to. I don't even check it after she's done because this chica is...that....good!
