I go to this spa for a facial every three to four months and will not go elsewhere. Adriana is infinitely knowledgeable about skin, the latest trends in skincare, and I fully trust that she always gives me exactly what I need on each visit. When my tired eyes require a little help, she suggests a treatment and what it will cost, yet I never feel the hard sell. Perhaps it is because she is so genuine and kind or maybe it's because the area in question always looks better after she's worked her magic! The spa, itself, is clean and serene. Sometimes we chat a bit during a facial, other times I doze off almost immediately after laying down! It's really up to me, tho my skin is totally in her hands!!

When I called to book facial inquired about price for basic European facial which is what I reserved. During facial Was told numerous times to “relax” which makes relaxing more challenging. Facial was nice and Adriana was explaining what she was doing but failed to tell me that everything was additional and what that cost was. Upon paying, my bill was over $100 more than expected!! Everything was an “add on”, eye treatment, exfoliating and a mask. I found it unprofessional and price gauging. I’d recommend before having facial to ask about price for every item. Which makes for a less relaxing experience.

Excellent place to relax your body during a massage. Very cozy, clean with peaceful ambiance. If I feel that my skin needs to be rescued this is my place to be. Adriana is very professional and knowledgable, and always finds a perfect treatment for my current issue. I highly recommend this spa.

I felt it better to write to you about my experience at your spa. The atmosphere was lovely as the dressing room before the facial. Gabriella was informative about her background however this should have been done before my appointment and I felt it cut into my session. Before my session began Gabriella was already trying to sell me on an additional $45 mask, in my experience I felt the facial was very harsh and not very relaxing at all. I've had much experience in the extraction part of a facial, however I felt it to be too aggressive and today my face reflects just that. I felt the room was too small for the treatment bed especially when Gabriella had to make her way around the bed, it was very disruptive to the relaxation of the facial. Treat yourself! I just left a relaxing wonderful facial with Adriana. My skin looks and feels 10 years younger! She is professional and personable. She personalizes your treatment for your individual needs and concerns. I left with a smile on my face.
