Tanning beds are stellar, but the customer service could use a little bit of sprucing up. I didn’t appreciate getting spoken to like I’m less than for simply spraying a spritz that unbeknownst to me wasn’t able to be sampled. I understand products are meant to be sold, but gearing the conversation where a customer feels comfortable enough to buy is needed! Not getting told “are you gonna buy it” in the most condescending tone. This does not make me a customer inclined to buy any of your products. How is one supposed to commit to buying something if they don’t know what they are getting themselves into? What if I had an allergic reaction and simply wanted todo a skin test! Unprofessional beyond belief. I understand maybe they had a bad day but jeez. I worked in customer service for over 10

I think the laundromat is great. The machines work great and it's super clean. But in the pursuit of super clean, do the employees have to invade the customer's space while dusting, sweeping and mopping? It is somewhat intrusive to customers who are spending money. Other than that I love it!

I have been going to this place since I was a kid. The previous owner watched me grow up and I miss her so much. I don't like how the place has turned out with the newer owner. The place is still kept very clean but the new employees and clientele is what I've grown to hate. Very uptight, and rude. And I would highly suggest that if you have children don't go to this laundry mat, you will be made to feel unwelcome and like your child is a annoyance. I have tried to ignore this because this place is right around the corner. But I'm done, I am not taking my child somewhere where people act like this towards us

I have been coming to this business for years using multiple areas of the facility. Tanning, the gym, and dry cleaners along with the car wash. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I had a question and spoke with the owner. He was generous, kind, and we together resolved my concern. This is my experience and I will continue to patron this business. If you've had some difficulties or a problem I definitely would suggest to give them another try because they are one of the best in the area.

I go here to do my laundry, it's the cleanest and most friendly. I love seeing Shelby and her smiling face. She is always so personable and friendly. She always has a smile and it brightens my day.
