I used to enjoy coming here, but my recent visit was really disappointing. My step-daughter was charged $95 for a simple fill with a French tip because they listed each nail as a $5 “design.” When I returned the next morning, staff admitted it was likely an error and said the owner would contact me. I called and messaged the number they gave me, no response. It’s honestly disheartening. This is supposed to be a place where people go to relax and treat themselves, not where they get overcharged and ignored. I’m really disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service, and unfortunately, this experience has completely changed how I feel about this salon.
