From the moment of walking in, everyone was so warm and welcoming. Kayla KILLED IT with the highlights that she did! I told Kayla I wanna feel like a new woman walking out of the salon and she listened to exactly what I said & created something beautiful with my hair!! Sophie made me feel so beautiful with my haircut & curls that she did. & Jenni was so kind & patient while teaching/showing the ladies tips on certain things & just showed them so much respect & offering help but also giving them the room they need as a stylist & it was just phenomenal to see. I cannot wait for my next appointment it’s already booked lol. I am so excited for it!! I’m telling you ladies & gents this is the salon that you want your hair done at!! You will not regret it I promise you!!

Rick is the rare kind of stylist who actually understands hair. I’m growing mine out, which requires restraint and intention, and he nails it every time. Thoughtful, considered cuts with zero overworking. Easily the best haircut I’ve ever had—and the only person I trust with my hair.

I always leave the salon feeling great! Ashley is fantastic. She always listens to any changes I may want to make and makes it happen. I can’t remember ever waiting more than 5 minutes for my appointment to start, and the desk staff is welcoming and efficient. I am very happy with AB!

I volunteered to be a color model for a color workshop held in Philly. I am naturally a dark blonde and asked for additional blonding as my color had a lot of regrowth after 3 months. My hair came out looking much darker than when I walked in (almost light brown with purple, red, and orange mixed in). I clearly was very unhappy and nothing was done to "fix" this until I reached out after the workshop. Although I live in Philly, I was required to drive all the way to this location to have my hair fixed. It was not until this appointment that I found out they used the wrong toner on my hair (purple) during the workshop and then tried to cover it up with a light brown toner.
