Adk Roots family hair care

I started coming here a couple months ago for a blonde root touch up and she always did a great job however the most recent time I came in she left my roots brassy and bleached basically the entire top of my head leading to large sections breaking off. I texted her about coming back in to get it fixed, but it took her two entire weeks to even text me with a possible appointment time so I had to go to another stylist to get my hair fixed. The stylist who fixed my hair agreed that my roots were way too brassy and very badly damaged. When I checked in about my next appointment she informed me that she had cancelled my appointment without even telling me and didn’t want to have me as a client anymore, citing the reason that she “thought I ghosted her” even though she took two weeks to get back

Kirsten gave me the exact haircut I asked for. The salon has a welcoming vibe. I will make this my place for hair care.

I have been going to Courtney for over 10 years for haircuts, coloring, highlights, waxing, and styling. Adirondack Roots is a friendly, welcoming environment full of knowledgeable people who are all willing to help their clients look and feel great. I would (and have) recommend Adirondack Roots to anyone. There’s no one else I’d trust with my hair, I would follow Courtney anywhere!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

First time at this salon. Called for an experienced stylist to correct a poor haircut and was assured Emily was the person to do so. Upon my arrival I was not greeted or even acknowledged until after 15 minutes I finally asked someone if Emily was in. An hour later I walked out having had a shampoo and blow dry . Absolutely the worst experience in a salon I’ve ever had. I won’t be back and would advise anyone else looking for a professional salon to keep looking!

I have been going to Adk Roots for years and just love my color and cuts. The staff are friendly and very professional. I have never had a problem with any service provided by them. I have recommended Adk Roots to family and friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.
