So Ms.Damerea is the 💣! Not only does she set my head on fire every time I go into the shot. Her professionalism is always on point. She does an awesome job on my locs and the styles she comes up with girl you know you are always on point. The salon staff is always courteous and answers any questions in which i may have. Would not let anyone else put their hands in my head but Damerea.

I booked an appointment with Apple for an updo style I did not know that you had to have maintenance in order to get a retwist (my mistake). Nonetheless when I arrived at 11 the receptionist let her know “ your 2nd person is here” never mentioned me by name. After about 3 minutes Apple walks over & says “ loc updo” I said yes she responded “1st chair”. Never once said how are or introduced herself or ask who I was. She explained that in order to get a retwist I need to schedule maintenance on so I tell her to just free style. She never touched my hair at the root, use oil or ever water in a spray bottle to give my hair luster or even act as if she was interested in doing my hair to begin with. The service which was supposed to be 45 minutes was rushed from the time I hit the door. It took

Quaint black owned natural hair salon... I was greeted by the owner and hair appointment was on time. My stylist seemed frustrated or annoyed at first, but warmed up. This can be intimidating for someone not familiar with natural hair salons. Three strand twist out turned out beautifully and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

Apple Hooked my locs up, I booked a loc maintenance and loc up-do. If you read there website it’s pretty straight forward on what they charge and do. I did call to ask questions as well so I was set up when I got there. Everyone there is mad chill and Apple took her time with my locs. Washed my hair real good as well as oiled my scalp. Left feeling brand new, will be coming back !!!

I had a 9am appointment this morning and nobody showed up or answered the phone. It’s now 9:15am and I’ve been standing outside since 8:55am. This is unacceptable and I will absolutely be getting my deposit back. Do not even try to collect the full amount from my card. American Express does not play that!!!
