The deals for the nail sets are bomb but the customer service is very disrespectful and embarrassing. I got my nails done here by Jasmin when she was doing them she gave me nothing but attitude the music was blaring so loud I thought I was at a house party. She proceeded to try to have conversation with me as if I could hear her. My nails were good. I figured maybe she was having a bad day so I paid and still tipped $20 so a year went by and I decided to give the place another shot so in tried to see if there were any openings for the following day ( while I’m at work texting in between on my breaks). Jazmin did a really good job on my toes. She soaked off my acrylic toe nails and provided me with a wonderful no chop pedicure service. She is very knowledgeable and left my feet feeling so soft and my polish is so neat. I don’t understand the bad reviews because she did an awesome job communicating with me and great personality. I will definitely be back!

I just got my nails done yesterday. They are BEAUTIFUL!!! 💅🏾🥰 I nevvvvvverrrr have a problem scheduling my appointments with Jasmin. She has always been prompt, focused, and CREATIVE!!! Every time I get my nails done by her, they are ALWAYS on point! I always get compliments on my sets and point blank period, Jasmin is MY GO-TO! The nail retention is magnificent! 💯💯💯 Oh and her pedicures are like NO OTHER!!! She makes a Frodo footed lady like me, have some pretty azz feet that Im NOT ashamed of anymore!!! 💯💅🏾💪🏾

My wife purchased a $50 certificate on Groupon for this place. When she called to make an appointment, she was told they were not taking Groupon reservations this weekend. This was understandable given the hope to get served with a discount on short notice. So my wife asked when they might have an appointment available over the next few weeks. The person on the phone rudely told my wife that she was hard headed and should get a refund from Groupon. What the?

Very unprofessional!! From the way she communicates to the way she “runs” her business!! I’m giving her this review based on how she treated me, I didn’t even have any services done by her…. I scheduled an appointment at 10a.m and when I called her to let her know I was there; she changed the time and said we booked it at “1pm.” Like what?!?! And then she said it doesn’t matter, however it does matter to me because you made me waste my time!! Do Not come here…
