I really wish I had something positive to say about this place besides the friendly greeting at the beginning. Unfortunately, the owner completely botched my hair. I went in with long thick hair and asked for long layers with face framing, and only 2 inches off the back to remove dead ends. Instead, I left with a short, uneven, choppy haircut with heavy ends. I didn’t fully realize how bad it was while I was still at the salon but once I got home and straightened it, I broke down crying in front of the mirror. The “face framing layers” I asked for ended up being a blunt cut just under my chin. There is no blending at all. The top is bulky and heavy, making my hair look like a mushroom shape. Francina is a very hardworking hair dresser. She gave me an appointment last minute and i couldnt be more thankful to her. She did a fabulous job. Coming from Delaware was definitely worth it❤️
