I always have a great experience When I come to get my hair done. I gotta deep conditioner and a blowout with trim and let me tell you my hair looks amazing . The hairstylist were very welcoming. The place was nice and clean and decorated. I see all these bad reviews and I’m trying to figure out why because this place is nothing like the bad reviews!

I've been a client since 2019 and I'm always satisfied with any service I receive. Adanna not only does my hair but she takes care of it as well. She is the best!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. My hair was not washed correctly at all, and instead of helping, the stylist actually made my hair more tangled. She then tried to charge an extra $20 for “detangling,” which made no sense because the tangles were caused by her poor washing technique. It’s clear she does not know how to properly wash or handle Black hair, and the service did not match the price. I have been coming here for years and I will not come again I see why their charging more cause no one is coming here like the use to If you want your hair treated with care and professionalism, you’re better off going to Milly’s Dominican Hair Salon or the one on Camp Creek — they don’t charge extra for unnecessary things and actually know what they’re doing.

Customer service was horrible. I went to the shop as a walk in yesterday. I signed in and sat in the waiting area. No one ever greeted me. There was 1 other client in the chair. I waited for about 20-25 minutes for the lady to finish that client. There are about 4 other staff members there and still, no one acknowledges me. So once the client leaves, im still sitting patiently waiting on someone to acknowledge me. I wait like another 20 minutes. At this point, im irritated. And i walk out. I will never go back to that shop. I understand if the were busy but i was literally the only other client in the shop. Would not recommend.
