The future of space travel! With current technology, we can get to Mars in eight months, but with Dr. Franklin Chang-Diaz's VASIMR® Engine (Variable Specific Impulse Magnetoplasma Rocket), we could get there in only 39 days! You can call and schedule a tour of the lab if you are interested in engineering, space travel, or any other scientific endeavor. I am not the most scientifically literate person, but the tour is delivered in such a way that anyone can understand. Also try to pick up a copy of one of Dr. Chang-Diaz's books. They are for sale at the front desk.
