What isn’t wrong with my dip powder manicure!!!! The top coat crumbled off after she told me to wash my hands, she didn’t know how to Shape them ams there are holes in the color, and there are patches of color and dip missing because she didn’t know proper application. I told a woman named Consuelo how dissatisfied I was with horrible they looked. She told me to come back to have them redone my another woman, who saw this girl’s work and said nothing. So I’m suppose to go sit for another 3 hours to be disappointed again? Consuelo charged me with me clearly being upset because she wants me to return to have them redone. What I want is horrible work off my hands and my $35 back. I did put in a complaint to my credit card company for services not rendered satisfactorily. I want my money back

They quoted me completely different pricess than the ones they advertised and when asked why they simply replied - This is the services she provided to you.

TERRIBLE ......... What a waste of Money, came here to get a mani and pedi the ladies working there had NO INTENTIONS in taking a customer. The lady that took care of me DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHES WAS DOING.... I asked for Gel manicure, not only did she applied a MATTED coat but did not remove it before applying the gel coat. She missed 3 of my fingers, the coat was all over the place and DIDNT EVEN LAST 2 DAYS LOL WHAT A JOKE.... To make it even worse, they quoted me completely different pricess than the ones they advertised and when asked why they simply replied - This is the services she provided to you - When I tell you I WILL MAKE SURE NOONE I KNOW GOES HERE AND SPREAD THE WORD, im being nice.

Since the new owners took over this place everything has changed for the better becoming one of the best places to get your nails and hair done in West New York area. I would definitely recommend going to this place. It is also very clean and the workers are respectful and attentive.
