I came for a last minute hair cut before a business trip, and experienced the following: - a polite, respectful barber named Trini in a SUIT - a list of questions from him to tailor the cut exactly as I wanted it - a delightful conversation where we talked about everyday things, where he was from, family - a HOT TOWEL after he used the razor on my neck - a shoulder MASSAGE after the hot towel - results that were simple, yet elegant, and a wonderful experience. 5 stars to Fade Masters, and worth the $30!
