My son made an appointment with one of the barbers and the barber never showed up. There was no one in the facility and the door was locked. I drove 45 minutes (one way) for this appointment. There was no phone call to reschedule, nothing. A complete waste of my time and gas money. Very disappointing! We're a military family so we're searching for a new barber in San Antonio. The reviews and photos seemed promising, but at the end of the day this location lacks customer service etiquette. I don't recommend any military members or their family members to use this place. Definitely go somewhere else.

Very good place to get a nice hair cut. I have been taking my son there since these guys bought the place. I have never experienced bad service or ever smelled marijuana coming from the business. These young men are young entrepreneurs and I love to see that they provide great customer service as well as great work don't be offended by the negativity people say you guys do a great job. Keep it up 💪👍

I came in for a fade and edge up after a coworker recommended this barbershop. The easiest way to describe this place is that it's a hole in the wall barbershop. The music was blasting most of the time I was there, so I didn't really talk to my barber aside from telling him what cut I needed, but his attention to detail was amazing. I usually go to cheaper haircut chains, but for $20 I got an amazing fade and edge up. 4 stars for the quality and price I received.
