Called to ask for the price of a product and she stated she doesn’t give the price over the phone , so are you giving different prices to different people. Cause why would I drive all the way up there for nothing .This why I drive to Detroit beauty supplies.

The older lady Followed me around the store watching my every move thinking I was going to steal something. All their products are garbage and the profiling is insane. I couldn’t even enjoy walking around the store looking at things without everything i picked up to look at being snatched out of my hands and taken to the counter for me to buy wether I wanted it or not. She was rude and I will never give my money to them again

I just love the owner. The lady that helps her out, I feel as tho she's rude. She doesn't speak I come from Hemphill Rd. to shop there because the owner is so nice. Someone needs to talk the other lady, b4 customer's start going elsewhere..

They have a nice selection. Store is very large. They prices are higher than the other hair stores. I do appreciate the fact that I didn't have to cut through layers of tape to get into my product today.
