Warning!!!! Do not shop here!!! I tried to return one 3.69 dollar hair gel and the Asian woman went off, started looking up in the air. I mean literally nuts. I should have recorded her. The receipt clearly says you can bring products back for an exchange. After a lot of conversation she exchanged it. Never again….. I suggest you save your money and time.

I tried to use my debit card for a purchase under $5. They told me I could not. That I know is illegal.

Great beauty supply store. Prices are affordable. Staff is very helpful. It's my new go to spot. Plus you always get a few sample of some sort.

I’m just really hurt because I went to this store and trusted the woman after spending about 30 mins on deciding on a wig. I agreed on a wig that was $250 I wish I had by not. I’ve never been sooo devastated or had this happen. I went home to bleach and dye the hair and it turned into like fibers an plastic and started falling out. I was sooo hurt I called to inform her that the wig shown to me was not the one I got. But of course with these beauty supply stores they will NEVER let you do a return or anything. Which sucks because once something is purchased and if it’s not what it was supposed to be then there should be a refund. Really upset about this it was money wasted

Very pleasant staff but not a go to place for me. Purchased a relaxer and it was expired the items in the box had crystallized and very afraid to use it in the same purchase bought black edge gel that I’ve purchased multiple times before at other locations and it had a very watery consistency (strange because it was never presented to any heat which I’ve seen this happen to gels when do so) again very afraid to use so it to was trashed looked like it could have possibly been tampered with 🤷🏽‍♀️.
