Acclaim Aerospace

I have had nothing but good experiences with Acclaim, we are repeat customers that have complex requests we make for difficult parts or right timing, and sometimes have to change out the design to get a better price (and they collaborate through it) When issues have come up, like material shortages, Jason and his team give us advance notice (we don't have to ask) and offer an alternative instead of sitting back Lastly, I like that they try to compete on pricing as well. Most shops in the US blame lower cost options as unrealistic or lacking quality, which Jason has proven you can have fast, CHEAP, and good. Would recommend to anyone A bad review here compelled me to write this post, which doesn't represent the experience we regularly receive and wanted to post as a reply.

Lies, excuses, cheap threats and junk parts. Send a purchase order to acclaim aerowaste and that is exactly what you will receive in return, waste. Extremely doubtful that they are a supplier to Boeing for any critical parts. They quoted and accepted the two orders. That is fact. What they mentioned to the customer 'many times' was excuses for not completing the order on schedule as quoted. Their offer to 're-machine' was a greater risk than the first two botched orders. That would have been another out--of-pocket material expense for me, receiving numerous email excuses with schedule delays and then receiving more junk parts. If they were a professional outstanding business, they would purchase the material, re-machine parts and send them out at no charge with a certificate of conformi

From what I know of the owner, he's a smart, witty man and clearly a gentleman of refined tastes. 5 stars. Would reccomend for shiny stuff.
