Accel Massage

I've been running marathons for about a decade now and have gone to massage therapists during training to fix strains and pains, as well as post race recovery. I tried quite a few therapists at different locations over the years, and ended up following Shauna from her previous practice to Accel because she's the best. This past summer I hurt something in my hip that made it excruciating to run after about a mile for 3 weeks. After a session with Shauna and following her recommended stretches and foam rolling I was back on track training about a week later. Her new location is really nice and even better is the online appointment system she uses which is the most user-friendly I've come across so far. All around top-notch experience and results from Shauna at Accel.

I’ve been getting sports massages from Shauna since October and it has been such a great experience. She caters her massages to what I need and she is extremely knowledgeable on how to treat tightness and soreness. She gives stretch recommendations to work on on my own which is super helpful. I’ve never felt better!
