Abundant Health

I’ve been going to Abundant Health every couple of months for a few years. I’ve seen several different therapists and have never had a bad massage. Every therapist I’ve seen is so knowledgeable and good at identifying the cause of my issues and helping to relieve tension and pain. So glad I found a good place and that they’re right here in Ankeny.

I’ve tried out a few different places for massages in Ankeny, and I have to say my experience at Abundant Health was the best one so far. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and I felt so relaxed after my massage. Lauren did a great job. She respected that I asked for a massage that didn’t require much talking, but also made sure to check in with me about the pressure she was using. My shoulders, back, and neck feel so much better. I will definitely be returning.

Brandy gave me the best deep tissue!! I am a fellow LMT and frequently have tightness/numbness in my neck/shoulders, and hands but she fixed me right up!! Highly recommend 🥰🥰

Horrible! Requested a deep massage for me and a custom for my husband. Left detailed notes on the paperwork and when we spoke to the therapists. The spots we asked for my husband didnt even get touched! Everything good about the massage could have been done in 2 minutes, the remaining 43 was just touching not massaging. This was my husbands second massage and we did a couples one so I didnt speak up in hopes that my husband was having a better experience but once we shared notes, we had the same evaluation. I just spent half a week of pay to leave upset and still in pain. Would not recommend 😕 The booking name is under my married name Kelling. I did send an email via FB.

I had a 75 minute deep tissue massage by Lauren and she was fantastic. Lauren targeted the areas of concern with great skill and excellent pressure. She found other problematic areas and took care of them. I will be back and strongly suggest booking with Lauren. My wife also has seen her and recommended.
