If I could give a bug Fat 0 I would. Joy (Joyce) was my beautician. Simple job shave the sides of my head. When I looked in the mirror I saw uneven shave marks, skipped long hairs, and so on. She attempted to fix it. I get in my car and wow just wow this is the most uneven simple shave and she manged to mess that up. Long hair behind my ears still. I was so upset. Never ever will I recommend them or return. It's time for Joy to Retire
