The best decision I made for my recovery! Nikki is truly exceptional. She brings a rare combination of deep knowledge, research-based practice, and treatments tailored specifically to each client. After my ACL + meniscus surgery, I felt stuck and overlooked by doctors who kept telling me everything was “normal.” Nikki not only helped me progress, she helped me understand my body, guided me with the right questions to ask, and completely changed the direction of my recovery. I was traveling back and forth from Florida to Cape Cod just to see her, that’s how impactful her work was. Eventually, we decided on an extended program for about 5 weeks, and it took me to a completely different level of healing. I truly wish I had met her earlier; my recovery would have been faster and far smoother

As a very grateful breast cancer survivor, my treatment; including surgery, chemo, radiation, extended drug therapy and months of physical therapy, left me with limited range of motion and chronic discomfort. Nikki has worked miracles on me. I’m 73 years old and have been living with a rare form of blood cancer for more than 5 years. The chemotherapy adversely affected my muscles and joints leaving me with pain and limited mobility. Nikki’s knowledge and care have provided a welcomed relief from this.

Went in hoping for a reset as I felt like no amount of stretching would do the trick and was limited on strength training. First session was a thorough evaluation. It was nice to have someone really focus on complete range of motion and areas of pain. Did a block of treatment and really felt improvement. Part I liked the most about it was input from me, focusing on an area and then actively doing movements while Nikki dug into the problem area. It is not massage, but if you have gummed up muscles and nerves, it is totally worth the effort.

I am so grateful that I found Nikki! After dealing with back pain for so long and going to PT, chiropractors and Neurosurgeons for injections, it is great to finally have found some relief. My issues are definitely a work in progress but gratefully Nikki has been able to help! Each time I leave I feel better and it seems to last. As others have said in their reviews, she looks at all of the issues, the whole body, and is able to get to the root cause(s).
