Abracadabra Salon

My hair did not turn out at all how I wanted it and now I’m stuck with having to do a color correction with another stylist. The last picture was my inspiration pic that I showed and this is what I got. Even after sitting for a correction right after my whole head was nearly orange when it was dark brown and ashy prior. This is how it was left and no it is not washing out. Very disappointing. No refund offered and only a couple of dates were offered to fix it that didn’t line up with my schedule being a full time mom to an 6 month infant. Unfortunately I had to cancel professional family pictures from this. Update from business reply. I had reached back out to Cheyenne from hair 2 dye for out of this salon and she had read my complaint and didn’t reply until I posted this review and told

I take my bestie to this salon for Jody to do her hair. Jody consistently does a great job on my bestie's cut and color. Jody really listens to what her client wants and will give her honest advice and opinion. The salon is clean and all the staff is friendly.

Liz was amazing. Her prices are great and her service stellar. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend, first time in 35 years ive been happy with a cut and her plan to get to my goal.

Update 9/15 Got my hair done again by Liz and I'm OBSESSED! They always know what looks good and I always love what I come out of the salon with 😁😁😁 I love getting my hair done by Liz Burton at Abracadabra! They're very talented and professional. Always come out with a quality style and color.

I found this salon by posting in a local women's group asking for recommendations on a stylist to do a wolf cut because I hadn't had anything but regular long hair for a few years. Liz responded directly and was able to get me booked within the week. I had sent some inspo photos and when I got there I immediately was welcomed and was brought to the back after a few minutes where we discussed the vision and made sure we were on the same page. Liz was super personable and sweet! I feel that we clicked immediately which is always a great feeling when you are going to a new salon for the first time. I loved how the hair wash station was inside the same room, and I loved the final outcome. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and I will definitely be coming back.🖤
