Need my money back. Bought a Groupon for 2 spray tans. Actually was able to get ONE done but they acted like I was bothering them and taking up their time. Then they charged me an extra $5 for ‘fees’ and would need to pay again for the next spray tan when this is not stated anywhere in Groupon. Oh it gets better, then they stated the Groupon only covers the lightest shade so charged me another $10 for next shade up! No wonder no one answers the phone anymore, so needless to say can’t get the other very over priced spray tan... Serious crooks here!

Purchased a Groupon for $36. When we showed up they tried to charge an additional $13 in “taxes” claiming the it was in the fine print. Absolutely no mention of taxes or fees in the fine print (see attached screenshot). I question them on the tax percentage (~35%) they claimed it was based on the value of the package, not the actual price paid. Manager wouldn’t come out to address problem; left the girl at the front desk to deal with it. With shady business practices like this, just image the quality of their products...

This place is not good at all. I have tried calling them MULTIPLE times and they do not pick up, their place is dirty, they are not nice at all, the owner will contact with the name of “Shelly Martinez” he will threaten you and act all big and bad. Karma is a B word and I hope your place gets shut down :)

The beds are ok but they close at random times which are not listed. This Is the second time in a week I have come to tan and the shop is closed. Very unprofessional. The open sign is blinking but the place is. Closed.

They cannot even get Scheduling and booking done. I showed up and girl on vacation after I rec'd 2 confirmations that I had an appt. Horrible service
