About Face Spa and Salon

I have been a client of About Face Spa and Salon for about six years. Jessica is my stylist. She is the best!! I have had many services from several of the stylists, including hair and makeup for my grand daughter's wedding and also for a class reunion!! All the ladies at the salon are friendly and attentive! They really make you feel like you and your needs are the most important thing!! They are a full service salon and very reasonable prices!! I love About Face Salon and Spa!!! Still going to About Face Spa and Salon!! Jessica is still my stylist and still say they are the best!!!

My waxing experiences there have been amazing. My haircuts not so much. The first time both Jessica and Melissa cut my hair I liked it. The second time Melissa cut it I had to cut some random long pieces on my own. The second time Jessica cut it I left and cried. I went back and stated I was not happy with it as it was way to short. The person at the desk whom I think was the owner tried to tell me it was that short when I came in. Jessica however did immediately refund my money. I'm not going back but I think it's possible to get an OK haircut and the staff is pleasant. I am super happy with the place that fixed my hair.

Every time I go here, Elaine does an absolutely amazing job. My hair was wrecked before I started going to her, and she pretty much brought it back to life! Love it here, plus the prices are phenomenal for the work that they do. Cannot say enough good things about her, I recommend her to all my fam and friends.

I have been a customer for over 10 years, I have never had a bad experience. Jessica is amazing, patient, and great with my hair (which is long, fine and thick). My husband even switched from a prominent salon in Louisville to About Face.

My cousin Jessica is the best hairstylist ive had.... she has always made my hair, my daughters hair and my moms hair look amazing.... love u jessica
