Lynn and Ozge are hands down the best at what they do. I’ve been going to them for around a year and honestly I’ve not experienced the level of expertise anywhere. They both know the body so well and cater each visit according to your needs. The pressure is always spot on and cupping or stones are used as needed. They’re amazing don’t hesitate to book!!

First time here today for a deep tissue with Lynn, one of the best massages I've ever had! She was very knowledgeable and professional and I left feeling like meaningful work had been done to release tension, work on my shoulder injury and relieve the insane amount of stress I've been under lately. I’ve seen Ozge a couple of times now while on vacation, and she is incredible. Her massages are more therapeutic than traditional relaxation — exactly what I need for my tight neck, shoulders, and hips from sitting at a desk all day. She’s so knowledgeable, focuses on problem areas, and even gives helpful “homework” for posture and body awareness. The business itself is great too: easy to find, lots of parking, clean and inviting space, and super simple scheduling/payment. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends and will be booking again in November!

This place is a true hidden gem in Hampstead. But everyone should know about it because it truly is such a gift to be able to receive a massage from Lynn at Abound. Not only does she give you an amazing massage, but her energy is truly healing. She is so knowledgeable about the body and the mind and the healing properties that touch can have on a person. Every time I leave, I leave feeling more peaceful than I came. As soon as you walk in the door to Abound You start feeling more at peace. The place is incredibly clean and welcoming. I’m an incredibly high strung, busy type A girl and sometimes very stressed and it takes a lot to get me to relax, calm down and receive but here I can do all of that! Highly recommend!
