I absolutely love Ablaze! The trainers are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. They always take the time to modify workouts to fit your individual needs and abilities, and they’re very mindful about preventing injuries. If you already have an injury, they work with you safely instead of pushing you past your limits. The atmosphere is welcoming, fun, and supportive. Everyone is kind, encouraging, and easy to be around. It truly feels like a community, not just a gym. The infrared heated workouts are a huge bonus. The heat helps with muscle recovery, flexibility, circulation, pain relief, and stress reduction. I also notice I sweat more, feel looser during workouts, and recover faster afterward. I absolutely love this gym! The variety of class options is incredible—there’s truly something for everyone. I’ve mostly been taking classes in the hot room (which I’m obsessed with!), but I also love having access to a standard weight room when I want to mix it up. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to schedule classes—super convenient and perfect for staying consistent with my routine. Every coach brings their own unique style and energy to their classes, which keeps things fresh and motivating. It’s clear they all really care about helping you succeed. And for parents, the fact that they offer child care is a huge bonus! This gym has created such a welcoming and versatile space—I can’t recommend it enough.

I have nothing but good things to say. I just moved to the area from out of town. One of the things I knew I was gonna miss when I moved was the gym I had been going to. I was worried I wouldn’t find a gym. I liked as much. After my first visit to Ablaze I knew I had found my new gym. I went home and joined the same day. If you’re looking for somewhere to go and be challenged and supported and have fun while you work out then Ablaze is for you. There’s a good variety of classes to choose from. Everyone there seems very friendly. The prices for membership are very good.

Joining Ablaze was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This place is so much fun, all of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and every workout is different so you never get bored! The community that the Ablaze team has built is incredible. For the first time in a long time, I look forward to working out!
