Very unprofessional, Does not return phone calls or text sometimes for two days. Then makes excuses that she’s having family issues. I ordered a pack of hair for 900 and she pocketed the money and gave me old hair from another set. Then try to gaslight me saying oh well I’m going to use the 900 for your next BROWNE set. We’re doing in January. Did I get that wrong? Complete lie. I was not aware that her hair license is expired so she’s not legally able to work at a salon or do hair. I also did not check the reviews here or I would not have made the appointment. Also, for the amount of money, I paid all my Extensions are showing so a terrible job was done

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Anna Bianca Hair, and I can confidently say it was a transformative experience!! After struggling with a disastrous chemical cut that left my hair looking like a frayed mop, I was at my wit's end. My once beautiful blonde locks had been reduced to a damaged, lifeless mess, and I was ready to either switch to brown completely or shave my head and start over. However, Anna took the time to really listen to my concerns and fears. She made me feel heard and understood, which is SO important after trust is broken with your previous hairdresser. Anna's expertise shone through as she skillfully crafted a safe, healthy blonde look that breathed new life into my hair. She addressed my anxieties while enhancing my natural beauty, and the results were nothing

Worst establishment I've ever seen. I saw rat droppings around her work area. The stylist Anna nearly ripped all my hair out and told me to calm down. Very unprofessional. Often ignored when concerns were brought up and was told it is normal for having a specific hair type. I've heard many horror stories after coming to this establishment. Not worth the $1700 paid. Stylist is very narcissistic and damaged my hair. Would 10/10 not recommend.

This salon is definitely about the 5 star customer service experience. The staff is very welcoming with each client. I've been getting my hair done with Heather for a year now and followed her from the last salon she was at. She is amazing and her skills are phenomenal. I went from black box hair dye to an amazing blonde. I trusted the process and am forever grateful she took a chance to get me to a desired look!

Worse experience I’ve ever had in a salon. Anna is so unprofessional and pretty much just money hungry. She lacks a lot of skill for those prices. Will not reply if there’s any issues with her work. But will go on a rant about you on social media.
