I visited ABC Beauty Supply recently and wow what an experience I had! I drove half hour to check them out based on a new product line called Bask and Lather that is currently only in their store in Maryland. From the attendant who helped me over the phone and the ones in person EXCELLENT customer service! The store manager Linda was AMAZING she’s super knowledgeable on her products and best practices for various hair types! She really schooled me on a ton of stuff regarding my 4C type. She made some great product recommendations and definitely made it worth my while to drive the distance! This store is fully stocked with just about everything you need for hair and beauty. It’s clean and well organized. They have a purchase points system so definitely sign up for their rewards program.

0/10 recommend. Purchase the wrong flexi rods on accident. Attempted to exchange within 20mins of my purchase. And receipt & original item. Was told by chae that because the packing is broken I can’t exchange because it can’t be resold. Despite the receipt not stating that.

I bought the Ibiza hair that hasn't even been a week it was installed and it is shedding it's Tangled it is matted and they refuse to give me my money back. I had to dispute with my bank for quality issues.Their response was reach out to Ibiza!!! But they didn't sell me the hair you did.... I'm never buying Beauty Supply Store hair ever again I'm out of almost $200 insane 😤😤😫😫😡😡

I stopped in to get an eyelash curler and the lady showed me a strange type that was the only one that they sell. It is soooo great!! The price was good and I also bought hair accessories for a great price. They have a great selection of everything except eyelash curlers, because they only sell the best one. Seriously my lashes touch my below my brows all day, if I put mascara on right after I curl them. Also got some cosmetics and cute earrings all for incredibly reasonable prices. Great store!!

This place had everything you need the girls that work in the store are amazing!! The Owner Dan or Danny is rude as hell. I mean rude. To be a person that shop in that store a lot and spend a good amount of money every time. You would expect better customer services definitely from the owner to people that is keeping him rich. I won’t be returning to that store ever again. Customer services is important over convenience.
