This business has provided beauty supplies in Aurora since relocating here 30 years ago. The owners acknowledges you upon entrance and assist as needed. There is inspirational music making the environment calm.

Don’t come if you’re claustrophobic! Everything is stacked on top of everything else! Very disorganized. and narrow aisles to walk. But they did have a lot of inventory! Not a whole lot of variety of colors in hair extensions. But plenty of the basics. Pricing is a bit on the higher side.

I would like to share my experience during my recent visit to your store. I encountered a staff member, a Chinese lady with glasses, who was quite rude when I asked her some questions about hair extensions. Her responses felt dismissive, and when I decided to leave due to her attitude, she simply told me to go somewhere else.I believe it’s important for staff to provide a welcoming and professional environment, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet those expectations. I hope my feedback can help improve the service in the future.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Went today to get a ponytail for my hair on my special day and the lady at the counter was so rude unprofessional and very unhelpful. Asked her where she kept her ponytails and just pointed. Also asked her a few questions about which hair they had and she did not help at all. Also left me hanging to help another customer . Did not tell me to please wait as she helped the other customer or call someone else to help. Not to mention probably not the best idea to leave hair on the racks that’s why they have packages for the hair . As I was leaving she did not put my stuff in a bag and I asked her you guys don’t have bags to put it in and blantly lied and said that I tried to snatch it from her . Won’t be coming back here ever again . PLEASE DON’T W

The two owners have been amazing in their business dealings with me for decades. Today, the woman was there and she always greeted me with a kind word and a smile. I enjoy being able to walk around the store to discover all of the various haircare items that they stock. Whenever I am looking for a product specifically for African American skin (darker tones), beauty (wide range of needs) and hair (natural) needs, this store has it!
