I've been twice and did a walk in both times. Was able to get braided right away and they had the hair I needed available for purchase. I've called around to a lot of shops in the area and this place has really fair pricing. All the stylist I've seen and talked to are very nice and do great work on their clients.

Lady name Martene said she knew how to do a style but is really inexperienced in hair braiding!!!!! She got mad and sat in the corner because I told her she started the style off wrong!!!!! Very unprofessional!!! 😡Have to go back to Dallas Texas and get hair done for Christmas for a better price and service... Don't let these people play in your head!!! If it's not how you like it, say something immediately!!! This is Business!!! Don't forget this my second time giving them a chance!!! I paid $220 last time and she didn't know how to secure the ponytail!!! I had to fix it when I got home!! Same lady Martene from this time lying saying she could do the style!!!! Full of BS!!!!!

The lady who did my hair is named Alicia. She's very nice and skilled at her trait. She washed my hair and palm rolled my dreads. Then put moose and some spray on and stuck me under a hair dryer. It was a great experience and my hair looked amazing after she was done ✔️ ☺️

I’ve been going here for a few years and honestly I’m disappointed, recently they have been unprofessional not reaching out to me that the stylist named Tammy that I normally booked is already doing someone’s hair and have someone else doing my hair and it happens a couple of times . One time a random stylist that I didn’t book put a single strand of pink hair in my one of my braids and I did not request that, I didn’t even know I had a strand of pink hair in my hair until my friend pointed it out . Last month on my birthday my stylist name Tammy did not show up for my appointment and I got there 10 minutes early, someone had to stop doing their clients hair so they can do mine which was a rush job cause they left a little patch of my hair left that’s left that she didn’t braid And didn’t
