I was not even a patron of this facility, but I was accosted by their staff. I was standing in front of their establishment, and I was blocking their door due to the establishment having low foot traffic, I was not being self-aware. Due to this, their receptionist opened the door and pushed me and went back inside. After confronting her for assaulting me with the door, she then pointed to a sign asking for patrons of the surrounding business to wait to the side. She showed no remorse for what she had done. I believe it was racially charged as I am a black woman and I have been on the receiving end of some not-so-nice encounters. Within this time no one entered nor left the business. This place is AMAZING!!! My skin has never looked so beautiful. I'm an actress and will only go to the best of the best and this place is it. They are so professional and knowledgeable. Everything is so clean and beautiful. They are out date on the latest and greatest skin care and you will definitely see results. I will back again.

This is my first time to write a review specially for my favorite. I had serious facial skin issues when I came here first time. After her amazing facial treatmet, I total recoverd and I have to say it is my best experience I ever had.
