Wow!!! Five star service and I am saying this as a person who went in empty handed with a hair problem and came out just as empty handed but with the solution to my problem. First of all I entered through the front main double doors and within milliseconds I heard a friendly “HELLO! How are you?” Enter Ashley who helped me out with a genuine interest in my particular situation, helpful and friendly demeanor, and advice on where to find products I came in to look for. Definitely recommend coming here(but don’t expect to buy anything unless you have a cosmetology license 🤭🫣😳 I learned the hard way 🥲😓🤣)

My First and every experience since has been top notch! The first time I walked into the store, was this past October. First of all the store is adorable and ALWAYS spotless and very organized. But what makes the experience that much better is the passion behind Kathrine. I never have met her before and I came into the store for a pretty large order with my new born. Before I even knew her name she was telling me to just shout out what I needed and she would get it all done for me. Since than, anytime I am there she is extremely knowledgeable with color formulas, products, tools ect... she is so kind and always willing to help. The workers were not that friendly and the store itself has no signage declaring they only serve cosmetologists …. They will lose a lot of clients for this reasoning and should be welcoming to all people regardless of race and ethnicity when they go into their store, looks are deceiving you never know who is in your store.

If I could give these ladies 10 stars I would !! They can answer any question you have for them on hair product … color … extensions and more … they are the most helpful …kind and professional staff …. They went above and beyond to help me with a dryer I bought … you leave their store happy … thank you ladies !! See you soon with my new hair :)

I spent time with Brieanne today and I'm blown away by her knowledge and expertise ... I told her what I was looking for and my concerns with the condition of the hair of my client and my confidence in our color choices as well as the considerations with condition is way up!
